Role: Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver Salary: €30,000-€33,000 Location: Finglas Duration: Full time. Hours: Monday-Friday 07:00 15:00 Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver Well-established company in the home improvement sector is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join their team in the North Dublin area. This is a permanent, full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work every second Saturday at competitive overtime rates. To be considered, you must hold a valid counterbalance forklift certificate and ideally possess a clean EU B drivers license. You will provide essential support to warehouse operations, which will include daily forklift use to load and unload vehicles for both dispatch and collections. In addition to forklift duties, you will be expected to assist with a variety of warehouse tasks such as picking and packing goods accurately for dispatch. You will also take part in stock control activities, including cycle counts and stock takes, helping to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Operating counterbalance to load, and unload customers goods. Picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements. Maintain inventory records using WMS warehouse management systems. Take part in daily inventory tasks, such as cycle counts and quarterly stock takes when required. Maintain a clean organised and safe working environment by adhering to the companys stringent health and safety policies. Assist with daily warehouse operations such as managing returns, assist with replenishing stock, storing goods to the correct locations etc. Requirements: Counterbalance forklift mandatory. Manual handling Certificate preferred. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Knowledge of health & safety regulations. Physically fit able to lift carry and move bulky items.
