Role Profile

Based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, this role will report to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be customer focused by providing top-quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times.
2. Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice.
3. Keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services.
4. Branch Operations.
5. Ensure that the shop, yard, and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times.
6. Be able to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed.

Key Requirements

1. A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and ambition to deliver beyond customers’ expectations.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work on one's own initiative.
4. Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment.

Desired Skills

1. Agricultural or farming background is desirable.
2. A forklift licence is desirable.
