Tax Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Loyalty-Rules in Dublin on a hybrid work schedule. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of areas including controversy management, tax strategy, transfer pricing, and tax compliance with a particular focus on the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global Operations: Work with the Kellanova tax team to advise on international tax impacts and considerations associated with business operations, execute tax planning strategies, and support global cash repatriations to enable tax-efficient repatriation of international cash to the US.
- Manage European Tax Compliance: Achieve the tax reporting and compliance process for several European countries, including the U.K., manage relationships with tax authorities, and ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Partner with Statutory Accounts Team: Engage with the European statutory accounts team to manage the overall process for statutory accounting tax provisioning, support tax and transfer pricing audits, and develop audit strategies with third-party advisors and local finance teams.
- Maintain International Tax Knowledge: Monitor international tax developments, provide insights to Kellanova's response to changes in the external tax environment, maintain intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Treasury, Corporate Reporting, Legal, and HR teams to analyse tax processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement technology-driven process efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Experience managing complex corporate tax matters within global organizations or accounting firms.
- Highly developed commercial sense and ability to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams.
- Well-developed communication, leadership, influencing, and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
