Production Biochemist

Job Title: Production Biochemist Location: Bray Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Biochemist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily manufacture and testing of our in vitro diagnostic products, ensuring that operations run smoothly and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily manufacturing and testing of materials/products with precision and efficiency, in line with relevant company policies and procedures. Identify and highlight any potential issues that may lead to production, quality, or compliance failures. Revise documentation as necessary and propose improvements to enhance overall processes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster productive relationships and achieve company goals. Requirements: A degree in life sciences (preferred) with extensive laboratory experience. Minimum of one (1) year of industrial experience in the production or quality control of in vitro diagnostic or similar products. Strong understanding of production operations, quality assurance/control, and cGMP/GLP requirements. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data, procedures, and governmental regulations. High attention to detail and a strong desire to achieve excellence through initiative. Proven team player with the capability to work across multiple areas. Excellent organizational, planning, and judgment skills, with the ability to drive positive results through collaboration with others. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
