Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to understand their mortgage goals.
- Develop customised mortgage plans tailored to clients' individual needs and objectives.
- Educate clients on the various mortgage products and services available to them, explaining mortgage options in an understandable manner.
- Collaborate with other members of our client’s teams to leverage expertise and resources for the benefit of clients.
- Stay informed about changes in the Irish mortgage industry, including regulations, market trends, and new products/services, and incorporate this knowledge into client recommendations.
Requirements:
- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a client-facing mortgage advisory role, ideally a broker role (but not essential), is required (2yrs+ minimum).
- Strong understanding of mortgage criteria, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
