Youll be instrumental in building and embedding a performance and talent management framework that empowers employees, strengthens leadership, and ensures success. Overview of the role: Support the design and implementation of talent development and performance management strategies in collaboration with the HR Leadership Team. Guide HRBPs in embedding talent and performance initiatives within their business areas. Oversee key processes like objective setting, development planning, calibration, and succession planning. Develop an upskilling framework to engage employees and highlight the value of performance management. Implement tailored development plans for employees not currently in formal performance management structures. Provide meaningful reports and analytics to drive decision-making at senior levels. Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure a seamless link between performance and recognition. Keep up with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in talent and performance management. What Youll Bring 3-5 years in a similar Talent & Performance role or within HR, with a strong focus on Performance and Organisational Development. A deep understanding of how talent development and performance management drive business success. Ability to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring engagement and buy-in. Comfortable using data to shape decisions and continuously improve processes. Ability to stay ahead of trends in talent management, employee experience, and organisational development.
