Overview Clinical Specialist Radiographer – Nuclear Medicine role at Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) Jobs. This position is based in CHI at Crumlin and involves leading the Nuclear Medicine service for paediatric patients, supervising radiographic and other staff, and ensuring effective utilisation of all resources.
Core Responsibilities Lead, guide and supervise radiographic and other staff in the paediatric Nuclear Medicine service.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Nuclear Medicine service, with effective utilisation of all allocated resources.
Adapt to a rapidly changing environment and undertake additional duties within the Diagnostic Imaging Department as assigned.
Essential Criteria / Qualifications Bachelor of Radiography for Diagnostic Radiography or Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent.
Be registered or eligible for registration on the Radiography Division of the Radiographers Register maintained by CORU.
On appointment, maintain live annual registration on the relevant division of CORU.
Possess a recognized postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine as recognised by the IIRRT and 3 years of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine.
Or have not less than 5 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine.
