Overview Barden are delighted to be working with an Aircraft Lessor to identify an ambitious Transactions Manager to join their team in Dublin South (Hybrid working). This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a scaling and successful organisation. “The Group is evolving every day and this role provides an opportunity for career growth and exposure to all levels of the organization" - Head of Finance Responsibilities Manage the transaction team and oversee financial aspects of acquisitions, including debt management, tax compliance, and accounting setup. Lead audits, regulatory reporting, and ensure financial data accuracy. Support policy design, system upgrades, and various financial projects. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to carry out value-adding accounting tasks in a broad finance role. About the person / Qualifications Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in a dynamic environment. Aircraft leasing-related experience required. Big 4/Top 10 trained would be an advantage. Experience of working through complex accounting issues. Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once. Working across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax community, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to professionals along each step of their career journey.
