We are offering an exciting opportunity for Social Care Workers to join our clients' team on a permanent basis and to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within their residential service. Our client works directly with young people in a residential care setting, aiming to provide the highest quality of care to service users, whilst delivering a stable and engaging workplace for its employees. To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria: Have a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent Experience working with Children in a residential setting is preferred but not essential. Have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team and to work independently Flexibility around working hours is a must - weekends, days, evenings, waking nights and sleepover shifts A full clean driver's license is a must - both manual and automatic licenses would be considered This exciting new opportunity will encapsulate the day-to-day care of young people, but also guide and prepare them for life as they grow in this service if you want to know how you can be a part of this, get in touch (E): Skills: Communication Team Work Social Care Initiative
