Site Manager – Residential Projects | Tier 1 Contractor | Dublin

A Tier 1 building contractor is seeking an experiencedSite Managerto oversee the execution of large-scale residential projects in Dublin. This is a key leadership role offering the chance to work with a top-tier team on high-profile developments in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement on site

Requirements

- 8+ years’ experience in site management, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor
- Proven track record delivering residential projects from groundworks to handover
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a positive site culture
- Relevant construction qualification (degree, diploma, or trade background)
