Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to join a growing team of specialist corporate lawyers working on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring projects. You’ll work with high-profile clients across the technology, life sciences, and aviation sectors to deliver strategic advice and lead the design and implementation of corporate reorganisation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and structure corporate reorganisation projects based on client needs

- Advise on Irish company law implications and compliance requirements

- Interpret reorganisation plans prepared by external advisers

- Project manage reorganisations end-to-end, including legal step plans, documents, and cross-team coordination

- Advise on company law topics including shareholder/board matters, capital maintenance, financial assistance, and director transactions

- Work with clients to design and implement effective corporate governance frameworks

The Ideal Candidate

- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ corporate experience, ideally in a top or mid-tier firm

- Strong drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice

- High level of commercial awareness and in-depth technical knowledge

- Excellent transaction or project management skills

- Strong understanding of legal systems, tools, and digital platforms

- Diligent, collaborative, and solution-focused
