We are looking for our new colleague as a Technical Administrator in Sunderland

Are you passionate about leveraging a well-developed knowledge base and technical/business understanding within a specific area? We have an exciting opportunity for you to provide technical administration support for our Engineering department. Collaborate with a team of talented engineers and key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion and accuracy of technical documentation.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Create, maintain and control key documentation (Drawings in SAP, Inspection Plans, Document transmittal)
- Support Product master data creation and maintenance
- Provide technical administrative support to our engineers in mechanical and electrical functions
- Liaise with key stakeholders and recipients of engineering and product data
- Support the audit and creation of Quality and Production technical information
- Ownership of the Installation & Operation Manual (IOM) creation process
- Comply with any reasonable management request within the bounds of the terms and conditions of employment
- Support production process & facility development using Grundfos Production System Tools

Your background:

- Experience working in a technical, engineering or manufacturing role is advantageous
- Experience of advanced integrated manufacturing systems, i.e. SAP/MRP is desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Methodical approach to documentation, planning & organisation
- Able to work on their own initiative whilst also being able to work as an effective part of a team
- Good with IT and MS Office software packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
