Overview Consultant, Regulatory Reporting - Limerick | Hybrid. This role is based in our Limerick office within the Fund Administration Division and involves consultation and production/oversight of daily, monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting solutions for submission to Regulators across Europe for a wide range of fund structures. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model with time between the office and home.
Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of the daily and periodic regulatory reporting in cooperation with other senior partners on the team.
Engage with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met.
Engage with Regulators, Relationship Management and Northern Trust clients on queries related to reporting solutions or adhoc information requests.
Participate in cross training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
Promote a proactive and constructive relationship with team partners based in Manila providing support on regulatory solutions.
Work with the leadership team to develop a strategic and scalable operating model for service offerings to ensure a sustainable and profitable product.
Proactively communicate with clients, offering suggestions for operational efficiencies and process improvements.
Qualifications Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration is desirable but not essential.
Experience of working with teams in multiple locations as part of an outsourced arrangement is desirable but not essential.
Ability to build strong consultative relationships with external clients.
Self-motivated, innovative and analytical.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong ability to check and identify errors and interpret large amounts of data.
Commitment to producing professional and high-quality work in required timelines.
Strong analytical skills with ability to challenge current processes and develop recommendations for alternatives.
