Mechanical Project Manager Location: Dublin Salary: €75,000 €85,000 Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent A well-known mechanical services contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical packages (HVAC, piping, plantrooms etc.) on commercial & industrial projects in the Dublin area. This role offers strong responsibility, leadership, and involvement in technically complex builds. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end mechanical project delivery: planning, procurement, installation, commissioning Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to ensure work is on time, on spec, and on budget Review technical drawings & specifications and implement value engineering where needed Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site Monitor project costs, report progress, and manage resources & schedules Conduct site inspections, manage snagging, ensure smooth handover Requirements: Mechanical trade or engineering qualification Proven experience managing mechanical / HVAC projects in a project management role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret mechanical / HVAC drawings & specifications Valid drivers licence and ability to work on site Whats on Offer: Salary: €75,000 €85,000 DOE Permanent role with long-term project pipeline Opportunity to manage technically challenging mechanical works Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities Apply now in confidence by submitting your CV.
