Overview

Your Responsibilities
  • Establish a shared vision for the Internationalization team and develop a medium and long-term strategy that informs prioritization decisions.
  • Define and communicate short and long term product bets aligned with our International expansion strategy and partner product teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy & GTM, product marketing, market research, and product analytics to ensure our roadmap meets shared business objectives.
  • Shape processes and standards for cross-team platform & product bets.
  • Guide product development from conception to launch of products and solutions needed for customers in target markets to succeed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers through research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing.
  • Partner with engineering, technical program management, and design to ensure a reliable, compliant, and scalable platform that delights our customers.
  • Track key health and success metrics relevant to the i18n team.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically with internationalization & localization efforts.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships with Product partners and other leaders across the organization.
  • Deep technical fluency.
  • Empathy for product teams you serve.
  • Experience leading successful products in Agile environments.
