Overview We are working with a Top Tier Firm in Dublin who are looking for a Corporate Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will be Irish or England & Wales qualified, between 4-7PQE and have general Corporate experience from a leading firm. The team has expertise in Tech and Life Sciences, so experience in this area would be desirable.
Responsibilities Provide corporate legal advice and support to the firm’s clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documentation and agreements.
Assist with corporate transactions and related matters as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications Irish or England & Wales qualified.
4–7 PQE with general corporate experience from a leading firm.
Experience in Tech and Life Sciences is desirable.
