What we are looking for
Our Field Service Engineer role is responsible for the execution, repair and maintenance of our pumps for our customers. You may work individually or in a team to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner. You should be able to disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and replace parts, and reassemble pumps and pump systems.

What is your background?

Experience in the industry or a comparable environment with good knowledge of pump technology.

Ideally a technical education in electrical/mechanical engineering.

Understanding of Health and Safety best practices (hazard observation, risk assessment accuracy, safe system of work).

Experience working in a customer-centric environment with the ability to communicate among various stakeholders and customers.

Solid digital literacy with the ability to use various internal systems.
