This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring service excellence across all departments. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate operations, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The Duties: Oversee hotel operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service across all areas. Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues promptly. Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve operational excellence. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are adhered to. Liaise with department heads to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction. Monitor and manage staffing levels, breaks, and shift changes. Assist with training and development of team members. Handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety at all times. The Requirements: Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided. The Salary & Benefits: Salary: €35,000 per annum.
