Site Manager FitOut Project Leading FitOut Company Location: Dublin Duration: Permanent About the Role: My client is seeking a Site Manager or an experienced Lead Carpenter ready to take the next step in their career for a FitOut project in Dublin. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong carpentry background, proven experience in FitOut projects. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines. Lead a team of subcontractors, trades, and site workers, providing guidance and problem-solving support. Oversee quality control, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and finish in all aspects of the FitOut. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment. Conduct daily site reporting, tracking progress, logging activities, and providing photographic evidence of developments. Communicate updates with stakeholders, addressing challenges and solutions proactively. Assist in procurement and site logistics, ensuring materials are available and efficiently used. Requirements: Experienced Site Manager OR Lead Carpenter with substantial FitOut experience. Strong carpentry background, particularly in high-quality finishes and detailing. Ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring efficient coordination and execution. Familiarity with health & safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to on-site challenges. Previous experience with site documentation, reporting, and photographic evidence collection.
