Overview Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced production setting? A leading food and beverage manufacturer in North Dublin is seeking a permanent team member to help keep operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively. Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Maintain site infrastructure including buildings and utility systems. Coordinate with external service providers and ensure all work meets GMP standards. Oversee spare parts stock and ensure accurate maintenance records are kept. Criteria Hold a National Trade Certificate in a mechanical discipline. Previous experience in a food production environment is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working with PLC systems and pneumatic equipment. Hands-on experience with form, fill and seal machinery is required. Basic electrical skills are a plus.
