Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, a well known reputable Nursing Home group in Ireland, has exciting opportunities for Nurses who have full NMBI Registration to take up a full‑time position in a number of their Nursing homes around Ireland, including

Dublin North & South Side, Meath, Cavan and Monaghan

The successful candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.

Interested candidates must have a

- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in nursing

- Minimum of 6 months post graduate nursing experience

- Full NMBI registration and active NMBI Pin is essential

- Good level of English

- Previous experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

- Commitment to providing high standards of care and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver person‑centred care to residents in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.

- Monitor and assess residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists, and care assistants.

- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date nursing records and care plans.

- Support residents with daily activities and promote independence where possible.

- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and NMBI guidelines.

- Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development.

- Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff.
