Overview

As an Indirect Tax Manager at Linesight, (Hybrid position), you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will be responsible for the Group’s indirect tax compliance and will assist with all global indirect tax advisory matters. You will have exposure to all tax aspects of a growing global business which will include liaising with external advisors and local tax authorities in various locations.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

- Be responsible for the Group’s indirect tax compliance, including liaising with advisors and internal accountants to ensure timely submission and payment of indirect tax liabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for indirect tax matters within the organization.
- Advise the business on routine indirect tax queries.
- Assist in answering requests for information from tax authorities regarding indirect taxes.
- Participate in global projects and prepare necessary advice as directed by the Global Director of Tax.
- Research and evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed tax legislation.
- Prepare and maintain the internal compliance process documents for indirect tax.
- Partake in any ad-hoc tax tasks as required by the business, including exposure to other tax heads.
- Oversee withholding tax compliance, providing internal advice on withholding tax implications for cross-border payments and transactions.

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have relevant experience in indirect tax in practice and/or a Multi-National Corporation.
- Are CTA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with non-tax teams, external advisors, and develop relationships at all levels of management.
