ATG are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Team Lead to join an engineering consultancy in Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary design team.
- Coordinate project workflows, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Review and approve design specifications, drawings, and calculations.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and refine project requirements.
- Drive innovation and adherence to best practices in design and sustainability.
- Support business development with technical insights and proposals.

Qualifications:

- Degree in engineering (civil, structural, or related discipline).
- 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software and relevant standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
