Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter assist in providing the highest of food hygiene in a customer focused environment. Role & Responsibilities All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include: Using a industrial dishwasher to clean restaurant crockery and cutlery Lifting and carrying loads Cleaning cooking equipment & utensils Cleaning inside of walk in fridges Cleaning walls and benches in the kitchen Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen Emptying bins Be available for late night shifts Have a minimum availability of 30 hours per week for up to 5 shifts across 7 days About The Role Requirements Prior experience working in a large kitchen a bonus Previous experience working in a fast paced environment Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently. Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
