The Role: This role is based in our Limerick office and will be within our Fund Administration Division. The role involves the consultation and production/oversight of daily, monthly and quarterly reporting solutions for submission to Regulators across Europe on a wide range of fund structures. We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home. The key responsibilities of the role include: Lead planning and execution of the daily and periodic regulatory reporting in cooperation with the other senior partners on the team. Engage with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met. Engage with Regulators, Relationship Management and Northern Trust clients on any queries on our existing reporting solutions or on adhoc information requests. Participate in the cross training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations. Promote a proactive and constructive relationship with the team partners based in Manila which provides support on the regulatory solutions. Working with the leadership team to develop a strategic and scalable operating model for service offerings, thus ensuring we have a sustainable and profitable product offering for any future clients. Be pro-active in communication with clients, providing suggestions for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and improvements to client experiences. The successful candidate will benefit from having: Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration is desirable but not essential. Experience of working with teams in multiple locations as part of an outsourced arrangement is desirable but not essential. Ability to build strong consultative relationships with external clients. Self-motivated, innovative and analytical. Strong Time management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong ability to check and identify errors and an ability to interpret large amounts of data. Demonstrates commitment to producing professional and high-quality work in required timelines.
