Logistics Stock Assistant Galway Full-Time, Permanent Our client is a well-established Irish retail organisation with a strong nationwide footprint and a thriving online business. Due to continued growth and investment in their logistics operations, they are seeking a Logistics Stock Assistant to join their busy warehouse team based in Galway city. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where training and career development are key priorities. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out daily order picking and dispatch of goods. Unload containerised stock efficiently and safely. Barcode and scan all stock movements from goods inwards to dispatch. Maintain high levels of accuracy and organisation throughout the warehouse process. Follow company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards at all times. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling goods. Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling and heavy lifting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with computerised inventory systems is beneficial.
