? Content Specialist - US Market (Remote) ?

Have you lived in the US for +2yrs and are a content aficionado with a deep understanding of the US market? We're on the lookout for dynamic Content Specialists to join our team Dive into the world of text-based social media, spotlighting the hottest trending content and conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curate & Review: Explore a diverse range of content, from breaking news to entertainment, shared by users, publishers, broadcasters, public figures, creators, and influencers.
- Trendspotting: Identify and contextualise cultural trends and current affairs across various themes.
- Quality Control: Apply review guidelines to content at scale, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Editorial Expertise: Use your editorial skills to spot edge cases or guidelines questions, escalating where necessary.
- Tech Savvy: Master internal editorial tools and communication systems.
- Decision Making: Oversee selection decisions and address guidelines or edge case queries.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

- +2 years of experience living in the United States.
- Proven experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism, or digital media.
- Deep knowledge of the social media landscape, user-generated content, and text-focused conversation platforms.
- Experience with social discovery and/or social listening tools.
- Editorial strategy skills and an understanding of engaging digital content.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong orthography and grammar.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
