We are recruiting for a Revit Engineer for our clients in County Cork. You will be tasked with creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects. You will work with architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) stakeholders, and you will support the design and construction team by producing digital models that include precise information about a building’s geometry, materials, systems (like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC), and more. This is a full time position, based on site in Bandon, County Cork.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Autodesk Revit for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP, and architectural elements.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building systems using BIM processes.
- Prepare, manage, and update construction documentation, including schedules, technical specifications, and material quantities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and BIM standards.
- Ensure models comply with local building regulations, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong BIM knowledge.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and building systems (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical).

Preferred Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in modeling and engineering projects.
- Familiarity with building codes and industry regulations.

This is a permanent position. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences and raging from €35 – €55,000. For further information, please email me directly at adrien@redchair.ie
