The Role

- Advising clients on a range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.

- Handling complex commercial and residential property matters, working closely with developers, investors, and financial institutions.

- Drafting and negotiating property-related contracts, leases, and agreements.

- Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.

- Collaborating with a highly experienced team to deliver excellent client service.

The Person

- 2-4 years’ PQE with experience in property law, ideally within a top-tier or well-regarded mid-tier firm.

- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage high-value transactions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Commercially astute with a client-focused approach.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
