Sr. Technical Program Manager - Information Security
Overview
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager - Information Security, you will drive the development and execution of our security programs to protect our organization and its customers. You/'ll work closely with a variety of teams to ensure security is a core component of all our processes. Your main focus will be on defining, managing, and improving security initiatives from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Security Programs: Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end security programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Coordinate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, IT, legal, and other cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and resolve dependencies.

Drive Roadmap Creation and quarterly planning in collaboration with Information Security leader and their team

Drive Communication and Enablement: Excellent communication skills in driving enablement of security initiatives and programs across a global audience.

Reporting: Facilitate communication, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership and stakeholders.

Manage Security Incident Response: Assist with incident response activities to ensure a swift and effective resolution of security breaches.

Champion Best Practices: Foster a culture of security awareness by developing training programs and continuously improving program management processes

What We're Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex security programs in a technology-driven environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience leading security or infrastructure programs preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.

Education: A bachelor/'s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certifications (Preferred): Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) and experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 are a plus.
