A global multinational headquartered in Dublin 2 is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Payroll Specialist to join its payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting employees across multiple locations while enjoying a modern hybrid work model and a strong benefits package. Key Responsibilities Process accurate bi-weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations Manage payroll payments, third-party deductions, and statutory filings Prepare payroll reports and nominal ledgers for Finance Complete CSO returns and liaise with Revenue/HMRC and Social Protection Maintain confidential payroll records and support internal and external audits Coordinate with payroll software providers on system updates Administer pension plans and support employee benefit schemes Manage payroll and benefits queries via the ticketing system Handle external payroll-related queries and assist with HR invoicing and budget tracking Support wider HR projects and global initiatives Key Requirements 2+ years experience in Irish and/or UK payroll processing IPASS qualification Strong knowledge of Irish Revenue requirements and employment legislation; UK payroll knowledge an advantage Excellent Excel skills and strong proficiency across MS Office High level of accuracy and attention to detail Salary: €55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits package Working Model: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH, with flexitime How to Apply To apply, please contact Richard Minchin on the Lex Consultancy team.
