Job Responsibilities:

The Occupational Health Administrator will provide administrative support to the Occupational Health Department on our client site at Kinsale. This role also involves managing various administrative tasks and checklists, including coordinating assessments, weekly reports, and supporting all onsite audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and coordinate employee health surveillance and medical appointments.
- Manage departmental administrative tasks, including filing, tracking data, and maintaining records.
- Populate and trend data using Excel spreadsheets under the guidance of the Occupational Health Nurse.
- Maintain and update internal policies, procedures, and health-related documentation systems.
- Support the planning and execution of health promotion activities and wellness initiatives.
- Manage the Occupational Health department budget, including processing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Liaise closely with the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team to coordinate assessments and activities.
- Compile and update weekly departmental reports.
- Assist in the preparation and support of all onsite audits and inspections.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years' experience in OH administration or medical administration.
- Previous Experience with:
- Internal audits.
- Budget management.
- Calendar management or scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and flexibility.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
