Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams. Strong cross-functional leadership, ideally in commercial, product, or digital roles. High-level understanding of emerging digital and mobile technology trends. Demonstrated passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking. Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering against KPIs and improving profitability. Strategic planning capability with measurable impact. Results-oriented with creative problem-solving ability Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Collaborative, empowering leadership style with a passion for developing talent.
