Role

The Learning & Development Graduate will work as part of a team to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective learning and development solutions that meet the needs of individuals and teams across the organisation. The Learning & Development Graduate (LMS Support) will play a key role in maintaining and improving our digital learning ecosystem. This role focuses on supporting the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring users have a seamless learning experience, managing learning content, and assisting in reporting and analytics to measure learning impact.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with L&D technologies, e-learning design, and the operational side of talent development in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and course enrolments within the LMS.
- Upload and maintain e-learning modules, troubleshoot user issues, ensure data integrity and maintain accurate learning records.
- Assist in the creation and publishing of digital learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, or Canva).
- Help design engaging digital learning experiences that are accessible and user-friendly.
- Generate reports on learning activity, course completions, and compliance tracking.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts. Assist with training needs analysis and gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts, training providers, and learners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating learner feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance training delivery.
- Ensure that learning solutions align with business goals and performance requirements.
- Participate in projects that support wider people and development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and organisational policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Education or Related Field
- Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands.
- Capable of working under pressure at and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results on tasks under pressure.
- Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.
- The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:
- Passion for learning and professional development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English Language Level.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively.
- Comfortable using digital learning platforms and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and apply feedback.

Desirable qualifications

- Proficient knowledge of a European language.
- Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.
- Basic understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Moodle).
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
