As a Maintenance Assistant , you'll help keep our iconic hotel running smoothly. Your main tasks will include fixing faults, making repairs, ensuring Health and Safety, and working with guests, managers, contractors, and suppliers.
What You Need:
Qualified plumber with experience
Knowledge of gas boilers, booster pumps, and heating systems
Experience with B.M.S. and controls software
HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills (a plus)
Ability to handle basic electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
