A leading biopharma company in Dublin 15 seeks an expert in HVAC Commissioning, Maintenance, and Environmental Monitoring.
Job Purpose:- The main purpose of this role is to balance and validate HVAC Air and Water Systems, as well as associated Cleanrooms.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of such systems during commissioning and validation will also be a key responsibility.
- Commission, troubleshoot, test, and validate HVAC systems
- BALANCE AND COMMISSION OF HVAC AIR AND WATER SYSTEMS
- TROUBLESHOOTING AND FAULT FINDING OF HVAC SYSTEMS
- HEPA FILTER INTEGRITY TESTING
- PARTICLE COUNT TESTING
- VERIFICATION OF CLEANROOM AIR CHANGE RATES AND PRESSURE PROFILES
- COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION AND TEST SHEETS FOR HVAC COMMISSIONING REPORTS
- GOOD DOCUMENTATION PRACTICES
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- PRIORITIZE AND COMPLETE WORKS AND REPAIRS PROMPTLY
- LIAISE WITH CUSTOMERS AND OTHER CONTRACTORS ON SITE
- FOLLOW UP AND CLOSE OUT ON CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES
- CARRY OUT WORK TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS
- CARRY OUT WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH SITE SAFETY STANDARDS
- Trade background (Mechanical) with experience working on HVAC systems at technician level, requiring 3+ years of education, training, and experience in HVAC systems and balancing
- RELEVANT ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION (LEVEL 7 OR LEVEL 8 MECHANICAL OR BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING), ALONG WITH PRACTICAL FIELD EXPERIENCE
- PROVEN FAULT FINDING/TRUBLE SHOOTING SKILLS
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A GMP REGULATED FACILITY
- VALID FULL/CLEAN IRISH DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR COMPANY VEHICLE
