CSA Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works related to steel structures from fabrication through installation. Manage on-site steel erection, alignment, and connection works to meet design and safety requirements. Coordinate between structural designers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of drawings and specifications. Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and progress to ensure timely delivery. Review shop drawings, method statements, and quality documentation. Enforce site safety, QA/QC standards, and compliance with project specifications and codes. Lead problem-solving for technical or construction challenges during steel installation. Skills and Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience managing steel structure works on major building or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection methods, and structural connections. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
