Account Manager, Onboarding Strategist, Global Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals. Experience in pitching comprehensive advertising solutions to customers. Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling. Experience working in the Polish market in order to support our clients in the region. Experience in new business sales and analysis. Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns in Ads and other digital marketing platforms. Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and achieve goals to drive growth. As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you will help set up these high-value customers for immediate success through a clearly defined onboarding process. You will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy, and ensure the adoption of our products. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a standard. Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and how they can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
