Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

- 2+ years post-graduate experience with a main contractor or developer.

- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar area.

- Experience on large construction projects with a main contractor or developer.

- Commercial or residential construction experience or similar.

- Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings.

- Availability to work 3 or 4 days on site.

Responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor:

- Reporting to the Commercial Manager.

- Advising on contractual matters at general and project levels.

- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

- Seeking opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs.

- Undertaking internal valuations and producing cost reports.
