They work on a range of projects across different sectors such as large scale commercial, residential, healthcare and education. Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to client requirements. Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct site evaluations and provide expert advice on project feasibility, materials, and construction methods. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in our designs. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of architectural projects and design capabilities.
