We're looking for a Product Designer to join our UX team and take on a high-impact role with plenty of ownership. This is an opportunity to design at scale, shaping intuitive and accessible experiences across web and mobile, while working in an agile environment with a strong focus on design systems. You will Lead the design of core customer journeys across our app and online sales platforms, from onboarding to everyday account management. Apply multi-disciplinary expertise in UX, UI, and visual design to craft functional yet delightful customer experiences. Translate business requirements and user needs into simple flows, wireframes, prototypes, and engaging high-fidelity interfaces. Use data-informed design - combining ideation, experimentation, research, and analytics - to ensure design recommendations are backed by evidence. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, testers, and marketing in an agile environment, while contributing to and evolving our design system for consistency, accessibility, and scalability. You have Notable and demonstrable experience designing digital products, ideally in a regulated environment. A work-in-progress portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and UI skills, with a minimum of 3 clear examples of how you've shaped end-to-end customer experiences, that shows how you think, solve problems, and approach projects. Proven ability to combine creative storytelling through visuals and prototypes with rigorous, data-backed decision-making. Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG/EAA), ensuring products work for all users on all platforms. Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable facilitating workshops and aligning cross-functional teams.
