Overview Senior Practice Accountant | Non Audit | North Dublin role at ACCA Careers. Our client is a well-established and growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in North Dublin. They are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their accounts team to support continued growth. The firm provides a full suite of accountancy, tax, and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of SME and international clients.
Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing financial statements across a range of industries.
Acting as a key point of contact for a client portfolio, providing timely and high-quality advice.
Supporting Partners in managing assignments from planning through to completion.
Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.
Participating in ad-hoc projects as the firm continues to expand.
Candidate Profile Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 3 years/' practice experience in a small or medium-sized Irish firm.
Strong background in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and general practice services.
Experience managing a portfolio of clients, ideally SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise across multiple deadlines.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff is an advantage.
IT-savvy with strong MS Office skills.
