Job Title: Call Centre Agent

We are seeking professional and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to clients, resolving inquiries, and assisting with claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, billing, and claims.
  • Policy Changes and Renewals: Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims submissions.
  • Product Information: Provide accurate information regarding product features, benefits, and claims procedures.
  • Claims Processing: Process claims, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and entered accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Sales and Resolution: Upsell or cross-sell insurance products where appropriate based on customer needs, and resolve customer complaints in a professional, timely manner.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with clients regarding outstanding issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.

This role offers the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after training. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
