Employment type: Fixed Term Part-Time Contract – 18.5 hours per week

The Cosmetic and Hair Restoration Clinic at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee is seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team. Your role:

You will use your skills as an Aesthetic Practitioner to provide clients with exceptional consultations and follow through with bespoke advanced skin and body treatments. This is a great opportunity to join an advanced aesthetic clinic and a supportive team, working with a portfolio of cutting-edge devices to deliver new services.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing laser, laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation, nano-fractional, radio frequency, microneedling and facial skin treatments
- Providing body treatments for contouring and fat reduction
- Confidently selling and offering advice on customised treatment plans
- Assisting with other duties as may be required to support the Hospital’s services

You will receive training on aesthetic devices, but you must have experience of performing a range of aesthetic and laser treatments.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advanced skin therapy and performing aesthetic treatments
- Relevant qualifications in CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or VTCT
- Advantageous training in: IPL, Radiofrequency, Nanofractional, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Genesis, Microneedling, Dermalux, Observ520, AlumierMD Peels and AlumierMD products
- Passionate with an in-depth knowledge of skin care and the ability to educate and guide clients effectively
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Delivering treatments to the highest standard, ensuring excellent client care
- Maintaining treatment rooms to exceptional standards
- Ability to manage a busy schedule efficiently and punctually
- Confident in selling and offering advice on customised treatment plans
- Adaptable, assisting with other duties as may be required to support the Hospital’s services
