Role: Site Clerk Location:New Ross, co. Wexford Rate:D.O.E BSS is looking for a Site Clerkin New Ross, co. Wexford to work with one of our prestigious clients Responsibilities: As aSite Clerkyour responsibilities will include: Assist in office administration and daily site operations. Ensure all documents conform to established standards and procedures. Prepare, operate, and update Document Control Procedures in alignment with the Companys Document Management System. Maintain accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents and records. Handle inquiries effectively and provide necessary support to staff. Compile and maintain construction records promptly and accurately. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure proper document flow. Perform general administrative duties as required to support changing business needs. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or site clerk role, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction documentation and procedures is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or construction management are a plus.
