Programme Manager (12-Month Contract) Location: Dublin (Hybrid Minimum 3 Days Onsite) Start Date: Mid-July 2025 Rate: Competitive day rate (based on experience) Working Rights: Candidates must have full working rights in Ireland We are currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a high-profile 12-month contract role based at Dublin Airport. This position offers the opportunity to lead a large-scale, business-critical technology and transformation programme in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work on-site at least three days per week, supporting a key technology implementation project and managing complex stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions. Experience in implementing IBM Maximo or similar asset maintenance platforms must be demonstarted on CV in order to be considered. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex programme across multiple workstreams Drive planning, coordination, and execution from initiation through post-implementation Manage programme risks, issues, timelines, scope, quality, and budget Build and lead integrated project teams comprising internal and supplier resources Act as the primary contact for key business and technology stakeholders Establish appropriate governance and provide regular, transparent programme updates Lead change management and ensure high adoption of new technologies and processes Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of project/programme management experience, with at least 5 years leading large, complex business and technology initiatives Proven track record of successful delivery in cross-functional environments Essential - Strong understanding of IBM Maximo or equivalent systems (Maximo; specific implementation experience is a plus) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in hybrid delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall) Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Degree qualified, with a relevant professional project management certification preferred Skills: Programme Delivery Stakeholder Management IBM Maximo Implementation Benefits: Work From Home
