Overview

Commercial Property Solicitor – We are currently assisting a leading law firm in Dublin who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2 – 4 years PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property clients.
- Provide timely, quality legal advice across sales, purchases, leases, and agreements.
- Draft statutory notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice on property-related matters.
- Be involved in business development activities for the Property Team.

Qualifications / About You

- 2 – 4 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong experience in drafting complex lease, acquisition, and disposal agreements.
- Commercially aware with excellent client service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
