Office Administrator

Job Overview:
The role as an office administrator will entail handling many aspects of administrative operationsand providing high level of support in various managerial and organizational aspects. It includesefficient and smooth running of an office/ business on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set up projects, data organization, file project information.
- Handle accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Use of accountingsoftware for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
- Debtor management.
- Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns.
- Create and update databases/records for financial information and other data.
- Update company policies when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, deal with emails and queries.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Organize staff trainings and update CPD log.
- Organize company events.
- General office management: liaise with suppliers, clients; book transport &accommodation; keep personnel records; prepare presentations; social media.
Requirements:
- Experience of 3 years or more in a similar role
- Strong Word / PowerPoint / Outlook/ Excel knowledge
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Experience in accounts/ bookkeeping would be an advantage
