Implementation Specialist
Join us as an Implementation Specialist at Dedalus, one of the World's leading healthcare technology companies, in our Swiftqueue business in Dublin, Ireland to customize and install the Swiftqueue platform for our clients. You will do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
What you'll achieve
As an Implementation Specialist you will be part of our highly successful deployment team, demonstrating how the system works to clients and answer questions relating to implementation.
You will also be required to install Swiftqueue platform and ensure the clients are satisfied with the purchase.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Meeting with clients following the sale of Swiftqueue platform to collect data and other information required to customize software systems
- Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of the customized Swiftqueue system
- Communicating with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approval
- Configuring the platform based on clients' individual needs and specifications
- Educating clients on how to use Swiftqueue and customized system features
- Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made
- Investigating challenges that arise for the customer when using the system and communicating with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues that arise.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field
- Jira and Zendesk experience (or similar)
- The ability to sue data management systems
- The ability to multitask effectively
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
