Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the team and manage the day-to-day running of the store.
As a Store Manager, you will be looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive and can work using their own initiative. Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet.
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Driving sales through your team
Managing the daily operations of the store while ensuring costs are within targets
Maximizing store profitability by promoting sales
Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
Managing, coaching, and motivating the team to meet targets and lead by example
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent leadership skills
The ability to drive sales through your team
Strong training and development capabilities
A desire to progress within our growing business
